Based in Rennes, IRISA (Institute for research in computer science and random systems), created in 1975, is a mixed research unit in computer science, signal and image processing, and robotics.
The UMR is organized around 7 departments (700 people, 35 teams):

AGROCAMPUS OUEST is associated with UMR IRISA: since 2012, the research-lecturers in the Computer Science teaching team (Applied Mathematics and Computer Science Department) have been conducting their activities within the DKM department’s DREAM team.
