And Friday, 9 October, the UN gave its approval to stop deep-sea vessels from Libya migrants attempting to reach Europe. Analyze factors including geopolitical, can afford to think about the possible outcomes of this operation.]

Le 7 octobre 2015, l'Union européenne (UE) a mis en place sa deuxième phase de son plan anti-passeurs, baptisée « Sophia », conduite par des bâtiments de guerre. Et le vendre-di 9 octobre, l'ONU a donné son aval pour arrêter en haute mer des navires de migrants venant de Libye qui tentent de gagner l'Europe. Analysons les facteurs, notamment géopolitiques, pouvant permettre de réfléchir aux résultats éventuels de cette opération.
